When subscribing with the Boudoir Box, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide us with the correct addresses and contact details. We will not be liable to refund or to exercise a re-delivery, should the information provided be erroneous. We will ensure to keep all your information safe and secure. We may, however, use your email address provided when making your user account to send you messages regarding changes to features of the Website, changes to the Service, changes to the Terms and Conditions.

All banking details are held with our third party, Payfast, which is a safe and secure paygate solution for storing your account details.

Orders will close by 3pm on the 18th of every month. We will be sure to have your delivery reach you on or before the 30th of each month.

We aim to surprise our Boudoir Babes with two pieces of bottoms you are not expecting. We promise to deliver elegant but playful pieces, together with three or four beauty or skincare items.

Due to the intimate nature of the items we provide, we will not accept any requests for refunds. Please ensure that the size you subscribe for is correct. For more information please refer to our sizing chart.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time BEFORE the 18th of each month by 11:59PM.

Boudoir Box provides a door to door service througout South Africa.  This is subject to change at any time, and any delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, e.g. Storms, earthquakes, political unrest etc, are not subject to a refund. Address changes must be made BEFORE the 18th of each month by 11:59PM to allow for the address change to be applied for that month’s shipment, in order to take effect for that month’s shipping. If the address is not updated in time, the carrier has the right to charge a forwarding fee.

Boudoir box is not responsible for packages once they leave our premises. Packages that are marked as “Delivered” to the address in which was provided to us before the 18th of the month by 11:59PM are not subject to reshipment or refund and is up to the sole responsibility of the customer to avail themselves to receive the package. Packages returned to us due to incorrect address by the customer is subject to fees to reshipment.
