When will I be billed?

Your first payment will be deducted immediately after your date of subscription. Thereafter, you will be billed on that same date every month.


E.g. Date of first subscription and payment – 1 January.

Date of second payment – 1 February

When will I receive my box?

All our lingerie is handmade locally, therefore, if you signed up before 3pm on the 18th of the current month, we’ll deliver your Boudoir Box to you between the 25th and 30th of the following month. If, for example, you sign on the 19th of the month, your order will be carried over to the following month.

YIKES! I ordered the wrong size!

No worries, just pop us a mail at support@boudoirbox.co.za before the 18th of the month and we will update for you.



How do I cancel my subscription?

We would be sad to see a Boudoir babe leave but cancellations can be effected up until 5 working days before your next billing. Just pop us a mail at support@boudoirbox.co.za.

Can I return my box?

Due to the intimate nature of the goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

What if my items are damaged?

We hope this never happens. But, if it does, we are more than happy to send you a replacement if inventory allows. Contact us at support@boudoirbox.co.za ,with a photo of the item within 7 days after you have received it, to arrange with us.
